Dave has been involved with Shen Crew since 1995. His sister rowed with the team when they shared space in the Aqueduct Rowing Club. He enjoyed a successful high school career at Shen and continued to row at SUNY Geneseo. He currently is an engineering student and math tutor at HVCC and RPI.

Dave started coaching with Shen Crew in the Spring of 2008 coaching our modified program.  In the Fall of 2010 he became Shen Crew's Novice Girl's coach.

Sean graduated from Shenendehowa High School in 2003. While in high school he was a coxswain for 4 years, winning 2 state championships along the way. The first coxing the Novice Eight in 2000 and the second in the Lightweight Eight in 2003.

Sean went on to college at Taylor University in Upland, IN where he graduated with a BS in Interdisciplinary Mathematics in 2007. After college he entered into a Masters program at Union Graduate College where he received a Master of Arts in Teaching Mathematics.

In the fall of 2009 he was a sculling coach for the Mohawk Homeschooling and St. Augustine rowing team. He is currently a substitute teacher at Shenendehowa and in pursuit of finding a full time teaching position for the upcoming school year.

Sean started coaching with Shenendehowa in the Spring of 2010 and is excited to work with the Freshman Boys team.
