Coaches & Coxswain's Time Sheet  **

**To All Coaches and Coxswains**

We are attempting to try an online time sheet system. It should help to make the pay process timelier. Here are the easy directions.  

• Please fill out the TIME SHEET document. (Double click)

• Send the completed document electronically to Regina Leach by 8:00 pm Sunday evening of the week you worked.

• Paychecks will be available the next day on Monday after 9:00 am at the boathouse. The paychecks will be stored in Matt’s locked office until you pick it up.

Deposit Forms

Please print the document and fill in with the appropriate information. Please hand deliver the form and checks for deposit to Laura Knight.

Reimbursement Forms

Please print the document and fill in with the appropriate information. Leave the completed document with the accompanying receipts in the Transmittal Form drawer at the FOSC boathouse. The drawer is located behind the desk in the boathouse. Your reimbursement check will be mailed or handed to you within the week.
