 Drew
graduated from Shenendehowa High School in 2002. He continued his
education at both Hudson Valley Community College and SUNY Buffalo.
While in High School, Drew rowed for Shenendehowa and won State
Championships as a Novice rower in an 8+. In 2002 Drew's boat took
2nd in the Lightweight Men's 8+. Drew continued to row after High
School at Buffalo taking the stroke seat in the First Varsity 8+.
Drew has coached Novice Women for Burnt Hills and Shenendehowa
Crew's Varsity under Yuri Kolomiets. Drew has continued to row his
single both for personal enjoyment and competitively. He brings to
Shenendehowa vast knowledge of both sculling and sweeping
techniques.
