New Rower Information
If you are interested in giving rowing a try, please contact the head coach DrewKroft@shencrew.com to pick a day to come in. We welcome any student grades 6-12 to come in. Shen Crew is not a school recognized sport and we accept athletes from any school that does not have a rowing club as well as home school students.
If you decide to come and give it a try, please bring a signed Visitor Waiver with you to the boathouse along with athletic wear and sneakers. Anybody planning to attend a practice is encouraged to check local weather, dress appropriately and bring extra clothing in case of rain.

Rowers are expected to have a ride from practice at around 6:00 or 6:15. A bus will take rowers to the boathouse after school.
Anybody attending High School West will take the shuttle to High School East after school and will find the crew bus in the group of buses farthest to the left. The Crew bus is located the farthest from the other buses and is usually last to leave. Finding a rower to help you locate the bus is helpful.
Modified rowers can find the Crew Bus at the Gowana bust port. The Crew Bus pulls in shortly after the regular buses depart. Rowers typically wait right outside the tech rooms for the bus to arrive.
